When you request a quote

We receive the contact details, selected cap references, quantities, project requirements and optional attachments you submit. We use this information to review your project, prepare a quote and communicate with you. Please only upload files you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage and service providers

Submitted inquiries and attachments are stored on our server in Hong Kong and forwarded to our Tencent enterprise email account. Our hosting and email providers process this information to deliver these services. Server security logs may contain your IP address and request details. We use a hashed IP value to limit excessive submissions.

Drafts on your device

Your unfinished inquiry and selected references are saved in this browser so you can return to them. Use “Clear draft” on the inquiry page to remove the saved draft. Attachments are not saved in your browser draft and must be selected again after reloading. Avoid saving private project details on a shared device.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is kept while we handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and where needed for business records. You can email us to request access, correction or deletion; tell us your inquiry reference if you have one. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing orders or applicable record-keeping requirements.

Email and WhatsApp

Contact buttons open your email application or WhatsApp with a draft message. You choose whether to send it. These services handle information under their own privacy policies. Attachments selected on this website are not automatically attached to an email or WhatsApp draft.
