When you request a quote

We receive the contact details, selected cap references, quantities, project requirements and optional attachments you submit. We use this information to review your project, prepare a quote and communicate with you. Please only upload files you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage and service providers

Submitted inquiries and attachments are stored on our server in Hong Kong and forwarded to our Tencent enterprise email account. We also keep encrypted recovery backups in a dedicated Google Drive folder. The backup decryption key is stored separately from those cloud copies. Our hosting, email and backup providers process information to deliver these services. Server security logs may contain your IP address and request details. We use a hashed IP value to limit excessive submissions.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that inquiry submissions are made by people. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this security check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We also limit excessive requests and avoid duplicate notifications.

Drafts on your device

Your unfinished inquiry and selected references are saved in this browser so you can return to them. Use “Clear draft” on the inquiry page to remove the saved draft. Attachments are not saved in your browser draft and must be selected again after reloading. Avoid saving private project details on a shared device.

Retention and requests

Inquiries explicitly classified as unconverted and no longer being followed up are eligible for deletion 12 calendar months after submission, once their notification has been sent. Active orders, ongoing discussions, records on hold and unclassified inquiries are protected from automatic deletion. Cleanup pauses if a verified offsite backup is not available from the previous 36 hours. Encrypted cloud backups normally expire after 30 days, following a successful upload and verification; we retain at least the two newest complete backup sets for recovery. Email copies are managed separately. You can email us to request access, correction or deletion; tell us your inquiry reference if you have one. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing orders or applicable record-keeping requirements.

Email and WhatsApp

Contact buttons open your email application or WhatsApp with a draft message. You choose whether to send it. These services handle information under their own privacy policies. Attachments selected on this website are not automatically attached to an email or WhatsApp draft.
